Because our products are made-to-order through dropshipping partners, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The order arrives incorrect

In these cases, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Shipping delays outside our control

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
